Woman and Web 3: My Journey to Understanding the New Market
Hello! I'm Olivia. Thanks for reading my first blog post. I look forward to sharing more about my journey into Web3. The web has come a long way since its inception in the early 1990s. From its humble beginnings as a way to share information and connect people, it has grown into a complex platform that supports various activities and businesses. Web 1.0 was all about information sharing. The early web was mostly text-based, and users could only view websites passively. There was no way to interact with or customize the content. Web 2.0 changed all that. It introduced interactivity, social media, and user-generated content. With Web 2.0, users could now actively participate in the online world. Now, we're on the cusp of Web 3.0. This next phase of the web is being built on the foundations of the previous two, but it's also adding a new layer: the Semantic Web.
